Another option is to have a full-time three-year BE / B. Tech Engineering Graduate degree in Chemical Engg. / Petrochemical Engg. / Chemical Technology from UGC / AICTE approved institutions, acquired after a 3-year full-time Diploma in Engineering. The selection process for Management Trainee positions involves an Online Test followed by a Personal Interview.
Online Test
The online test comprises two parts: Discipline-related and Aptitude-related. The duration of the test will be ninety (90) minutes, with a total of 100 questions. Fifty questions will pertain to the course curriculum of the qualifying degree / relevant qualification, while the remaining fifty will cover General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & General Knowledge / Awareness. Negative marking will apply for incorrect answers.
