University of South Carolina: JKLU signed an MoU with Artificial intelligence institute, University of South Carolina. The memorandum of understanding is considered here to include collaborative research and activities, internships and externships for JKLU's Doctoral, Masters and Undergraduate students at AII, UofSC and many more.
Edinburgh Napier University: JKLU signed an MoU with Edinburgh Napier University to encourage cooperation on academic programs, encourage joint research activities, facilitate university, staff exchanges or mutual visits to both institutions, explore student exchange and/or visiting programs, evaluate further areas of collaboration, including joint or dual degree programs and recruitment partnerships.

- Classrooms: The campus has well-appointed amphitheater-style seminar rooms, a classroom studio outfitted with audio-visual equipment, video conferencing facilities and internet services.
- Technology Centre: Specifically for Engineering & Technology JKLU has 54 Labs state of the art labs to enable access to the best tools for their projects and research with properly equipped & updated software. It has a vast variety of industrial and high-tech tools to assist and enable users to create and manipulate a wide range of materials for practical training of the students.
- Makerspace: Makerspace at JKLU is a collaborative workspace for making, learning, exploring and sharing. This space is open to students, adults, and start-ups and has a variety of maker equipment. The purpose of maker space at JKLU is to enable a user or individual to bring ideas to a tactile prototype stage so they can be tried and tested. This has been achieved by bringing technology and techniques that were previously only available to industries and research labs.
- Start-up Studio: The Institute believes in bringing industry into the classroom with extensive participation of senior practitioners in teaching and mentoring students, a blend of case studies, studios and projects. The scholarship level will upgrade by one level in case of exceptional achievements in any other sphere by the student. Any such up-gradation in scholarship level will have to be approved by VC on the recommendation of the Director, Admissions and Director of the Institute.

Scholarships awarded at the time of admission will continue for the normal duration of the program subject to the student achieving a specified minimum level of performance as given in the table below:

Additionally, JKLU has a scheme of fee reduction for certain categories of students. As of now, the university reduces fee by 25% for the following people:
- Wards of any staff member of JKLU or any entity belonging to JKO
- Sibling of any student (both get fee reduction)
- Sibling of any alumni
- Any alumni doing a second degree.
The scholarship decision will be based on rules applicable on the day the complete application is submitted, subject to admission being confirmed by paying the initial deposit. For example, if a student has 95% marks in the 10th, and 12th class results will be available in June, 2022. Assuming that the student got 96% marks in 12th, the scholarship will be 100% (L1) if the application was submitted in March, but it will be 75% (L2), if the application was submitted in May.
